Special Selection October 08 By far the coolest plant! Cool, because they eat those pesky insects? (...who doesn't love watching death and gore!) Or perhaps, it's our fanciful imagination that elevates these tiny plants to grandeur. I love to think about my archenemies taking a leisurely walk in the woods, only to be swallowed by a lurking plant. Currently, thoughts like these are relegated to fantasy novels and distant worlds...but keep in mind Charles Darwin called it "the most wonderful plant in the world."

Special Selection October 08 Vik Prjonsdottir is a Icelandic clothing designer, who has created a variety of items that will likely end up here. When I see this beard cap, it makes me want to go back to high school and strangle my home economics teacher. I mean, I learned to knit... but I never dreamed knitting could have been my path to greatness. Vik has done something here that can not be taken lightly. If you head off to the mountain with this on, is there any doubt you will have more fun, have better adventures and meet more interesting people? Its like, this cap is a reality filter. I feel like with it on, everything I see would instantly be more awesome. P.S. Efrivararskegg! meet Hat. Vik Prjonsdottir is a trend setter extraordinaire.
